A juvenile court recruitment examination is held, and a juvenile may be transferred to the supplementary court for transfer of jurisdiction or criminal procedure. Any delegation of the Supplementary Court is subject to the following conditions: (1) notice; (2) A reason for believing that a minor offense has been committed or an offense committed by a minor offense; (3) The minor boy is able to stand trial; And (4) The juvenile is not a suitable person for the jurisdiction of the Judicial Service Commission.
